Day 1 we will look at:
- what ISO 9001:2015 is and its place in the language supply chain,
- key roles & responsibilities,
- the structure of the standard and its correlation to other standards,
- mandatory documentation requirements,
- methods of obtaining customer feedback, and acting on it,
Day 2 we will look at:
- how the operational requirements can be incorporated into your LSP operations,
- internal audit requirements of the standard,
- management review requirements of the standard,
- the ISO 9001:2015 certification process,
- The future of ISO 9001:2015 standard,
