Description: In this workshop we will look at the role of translation within the market research industry and how ISO standards work together to ensure a quality supply chain.
We will look at the translation requirements within the Market Research Standard ISO 20252 and how the Translation Standards ISO 17100 and ISO 18587 are used to address this both internally and when choosing an LSP to work with.
The aim of this workshop is to give LSPs a better understanding of translation in the market research industry enabling them to successfully sell their services.
