We spoke with LingoFocus Senior Project Manager, Jane Hong, and asked her some questions about the ISO Certification project and their experience working with ATCC since receiving their ISO Certification.
Why did you choose to become ISO Certified?
We are aware of the importance of being ISO Certified. Besides proving our company’s commitment to important business objectives including clients’ satisfaction and quality services, we can establish credibility and trust among clients, suppliers, and other interested parties. Besides, the standards help us identify potential risks to our business and control them in a structured way, improve the quality of processes and services, and gain international recognition.
How did you find the process with ATC Certification?
The process is run effectively and flexibly with the remote audit. We are advised carefully during the audit session and are supported well after the audit session.
Why did you choose ATC Certification?
From our research, ATC Certification is specialised in the language service industry, in addition to being highly recommended and reliable.
How long did it take you to prepare for certification?
Fortunately, we take around 6 months to review and improve the business, process and procedure to adapt to certification’s standards.
Would you recommend becoming certified with ATC Certification to other companies in the language services industry?
