Congratulations to Korn Traduções for becoming ISO 17100 and ISO 18587 certified with ATC Certification! With over 20 years of experience in the field of translation, Korn Translations supports individuals and companies with linguistic challenges. They specialise in Brazilian Portuguese and Latin America Spanish, and services include: translation, interpreting, subtitling and much more.

We asked the Korn Traduções quality analyst, Bruna Contti, some questions about the project and how they found working with ATCC.

Why did you choose to become ISO Certified?

We trusted that the ISO certifications would help us improve customer satisfaction, the quality of our processes and services, consistency of our operations, and compliance with the best practices in our industry. Additionally, the certifications helped us to gain international recognition.

How did you find the process with ATC Certification?

The certification process occurred in a highly organised manner since our first contact. ATC clarified all our doubts during the process and supported us in every step.

Why did you choose ATC Certification?

Although we already had two ISO certifications (9001 and 27001), it was important for us to choose an entity that specialises in our industry.

How long did it take you to prepare for certification?

The certification process took six months. Due to our previous certifications, our processes were all in place and well documented, and that, together with ATC expertise, made it easy for us to become an ISO 17100 and ISO 18587 certified company.

Would you recommend becoming certified with ATC Certification to other companies in the language services industry?

Yes, we definitely recommend ATC Certification to any other company in the language industry that aims for continuous improvement and steady growth.
